COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Applied Motion HT34-47 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Atlas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Atlas-Copco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas such as the 8433061004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Mecair manufactured by Automax and we are pleased to be able to service most Automax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1420010796 by Manufacturer Atlas-Copco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas-Copco Brand 9040120204 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asem such as 205330G124502 equipment made by Asem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QMR907R made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular 5145100 original spares produced by Automation-Intelligence/moog Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X8210G088E13600 by Asco and 205330G124502 spares by Asem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC8210G008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
